DigiHoof provides cloud-based hoof radiograph reporting, measurement, and sharing tools. Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and ensuring appropriate clinical use.

3. Data Responsibility

Users retain ownership of uploaded data and generated reports. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations governing veterinary medical records in their jurisdiction.

4. Service Availability

While we strive for continuous availability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

5. Limitation of Liability

DigiHoof is provided "as is." The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

6. Clinical Decisions

DigiHoof is a reporting and communication tool. All clinical decisions regarding hoof care, trimming, and shoeing remain the responsibility of the licensed veterinarian and qualified farrier involved in the case.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
